Graphic Glitch - Making it Impossible to Play

Whenever I turn on the game, random black masses start flicking rapidly, as if there are objects trying to show that are having trouble, or something. I thought, maybe it was just the login page, but it continued up to character creation, where I exited, being the person was only a white silhouette and it made it impossible to customize.

I just spent all day downloading all the manual patches, and this game is giving me a ridiculous amount of trouble compared to other games I've played in the past. It's very frustrating.

I downloaded all the patch files and they successfully updated everything. It's just flicking endlessly.
